Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to attend the Broker Elevation Summit in the format selected (live in Dallas or online). Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the event organizers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event of event cancellation by the organizers. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee by notifying the event team in writing at least 7 days before the event.

Liability Waiver

By attending, you agree to hold harmless and release the event organizers, speakers, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability related to your participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or business outcomes. Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.

No Guarantees

The information provided at the summit is for educational and informational purposes only. The event organizers and speakers make no guarantees regarding business, financial, or professional results from attending.

Communication & Privacy

By registering, you consent to receive event-related updates, marketing communications, and follow-up offers from the event organizers and sponsors. You may opt out of communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails.

We value your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with event sponsors only for purposes directly related to the summit experience.
