Can I pick my branding style and colors?

Yes. There are multiple website templates to choose from. Part of the set up fee covers our team adding your branding colors and content to the available websites. We will customize your logo, photo and information. Additional designs are available for "do it yourself" and we will be offering more SLMP supported templates with time.

How long does setup take?

From the time we receive your order (and the items needed), it will take up to 7 days to set up your website and CRM account. You will be able to request one round of changes (i.e. such as tag line, contact information, photos, logo, etc.) We will keep you advised of the status throughout the process. The power of our system is we set up for you, but you still have the power to make additional customizations yourself.

Can I cancel after I order?

There is a 14 day trial period. Once you have provided the items needed for the custom branding, generally a refund of the setup fee will not be available. However, if the request is received prior to the account being set up internally, we reserve the right to make an exception and allow a refund at our discretion. To be able to provide such low monthly fees and low set up fee compared to other services, you are agreeing to a year membership. We provide service and support to assist you in fully utilizing the tools, however, it will take commitment on your part to use them. What is needed to get started?

Filling out the order form with your information is the first step. On the run? Give us a call and we can get started over the phone. We will also need your headshot or marketing photos (if any), logo and broker/company logo that you want used. Please provide any website and marketing related state compliance items. For example (TX) Information About Brokerage Services form. Once you are set up, if you want to use the websites available to you, we will assist you in connecting your domain.

What if I change brokers?

If you change to a new brokerage and need an update to your company logo, colors, etc. You will have access to your website and will be able to personally make changes or additions as needed. For a nominal fee, we will take care of making the changes in our program if preferred. Give us a call if you need a brokerage change.

Can I use my own domain?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Connecting your domain is the one thing we can't do for you. However, we will be there to walk you through it. You may purchase your domain with any registrar, though we have found GoDaddy connections to be the easiest.

Can I use the materials if I cancel?

Licensing for use of the eBooks, marketing pieces, social media content, and other program items expires once membership with SLMP is cancelled, or expires. The "Branding Bundle" is paid in full at the time of delivery and is yours to use with an unlimited license.

Does set up include meeting state compliance for marketing?

Yes. Different states have different requirements. Some require office address, or a certain size for broker name and contact, or specific disclosure forms must be shown on an agents website, social media, etc. We will assist with compliance requirements and can meet most compliance needs. Ask us!

This is another item that sets SLMP apart! Some services don't take compliance issues into account when setting up services. We do!

What is the pricing?

We have monthly or yearly pricing options. Please see our pricing page for specific details. There are multiple programs to meet your needs. The Core Success Bundle which contains many of our services for one low price, including CRM, website, eBooks, social media integration, email templates and much more! Our other services include a Social Media Service, Branding Bundle and Monthly Newsletter. Compare us against such services as Follow Up Boss or Inside Real Estate and others. Our mission is to provide the biggest positive impact on the real estate agent's business while maintaining affordability.

How do I order?

Fill out our order form or give us a call! We will also need your headshot or lifestyle photos, logo and any brokerage logo you want to use. Some states require broker logo use, some do not. We will discuss compliance as a part of your order.

Do I have to show my broker's information and logo?

Each state is different in their compliance requirements. It is the responsibility of any agent to know their state's (and broker) requirements for their marketing, social media and websites. Generally, yes, a broker's information has to be shown somewhere on the website. Size, location, etc. are all compliance items. In Texas the broker name (company) must be at least half the size of the largest contact information for the agent. This includes logo size, name, phone, email, or any contact information type. In Florida it is required that the broker information be "close" to the agent's contact information such as immediately above or below it. We will assist you with making sure the final product complies with your state's rules. Ask us for details.

The savings with SLMP is huge!

How can I lower my monthly membership fee?

Our goal is to make this more affordable for agents. As agents, we've noticed that service prices tend to go up when the words "real estate" are in front of them. We are working on a referral program to be launched shortly. If you have suggestions we'd love to hear them! We are always better together! Our community and our industry is a great one.
